User Agreement
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Logistics Consulting.

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Logistics Consulting. First and foremost Logistics Consulting reserves the right to deny service and or the selling of good to anyone at our own discretion. 

Orders & Delivery
All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Logistics Consulting. Logistics Consulting may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you.

If Logistics Consulting requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Logistics Consulting, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase. Logistics Consulting or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability.

When the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Logistics Consulting as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Logistics Consulting to be authorized to receive the goods. If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age of 18 years (or such other minimum age as is prescribed by the law), and you must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods.

Logistics Consulting may refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, Logistics Consulting may charge you additional delivery fees. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged. Logistics Consulting reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.

Product Technical Support Through Logistics Consulting:
All products have a 7 day free support trial with us from the day the product arrives in your home. Support includes both remote & phone support. Support is for any product purchased through Logistics Consulting & includes laptops & desktops. After the 7 days have expired any support from us will need to be purchased. You can purchase a one time repair fix (covers 1.5 hours) or a year subscription to this service.

Prices & Payment
For each online order, you must pay: 1. the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Logistics Consulting; 2. Connecticut State Sales Tax (if applicable); and 3. The delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time. Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to Logistics Consulting is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet. At this stage we can only accept payments using the methods stated in the Orders & Payment section of this web site. We are unable to accept COD charges. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched unless you have approved credit facilities with Logistics Consulting. Prices and range on this web site may vary from the Logistics Consulting store.

Products
All our products are sent to you in good condition and packaged correctly, we cannot guarantee the condition of the product on arrival. Logistics Consulting Policy does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions:

Refuse the shipment (if possible) so that it is returned to Logistics Consulting for freight claim processing. For partially damaged shipments or concealed damage, note damage on receipt and refuse damaged item if possible. If damaged item is accepted via UPS/Fed Ex Ground, contact Logistics Consulting for a freight claim; if via truck/LTL, the receiver is responsible to place the claim with the carrier within 5 calendar days of receipt. Damage claims are the responsibility of the consignee. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received.

Refurbished Desktops & Laptops:
Please note that a refurbished desktop or laptop is not brand new. It is most likely been used by a consumer or is offleasse from a business. Most of these computers are factory recertified.

Refurbished computers will sometimes need to be updated via the OS's update utility in order to provide compatibility and to aquire new features depending on the OS and/or the computer.

 

All units are thoroughly tested and must meet stringent quality standards before leaving our warehouse. Systems are guaranteed to be in excellent working condition. Products are refurbished and/or used and may have some minor cosmetic blemishes, examples of which are (but not limited to) small scratches on case.

Pricing Error Policy

From time to time there may be errors in the pricing of our merchandise, originating from either our vendors or our staff. We reserve the right to complete the transaction at the incorrect price or allow the customer to purchase the item at the correct price. If you place an order at an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion. No discounts will be given for pricing errors at this time.

Your Account
You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorized person. You agree to release and indemnify Logistics Consulting in connection with any use (whether authorized or unauthorized) of your user name or password. Logistics Consulting may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

Pictures
Logistics Consulting aims to include up-to-date pictures of all of the goods on this web site. However, our picture of the goods may differ from the actual goods. We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods.

Privacy
Logistics Consulting will comply with Logistics Consulting's Privacy Statement. Logistics Consulting will not reveal your personal information to external organizations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order. Logistics Consulting will NEVER give or sell your personal information to a third party.

All personal information provided by you will only be used to ship you your ordered products and/or communicate with you if there are questions/issues with your order. Any registered customers on the site are automatically enrolled in our email program where we send out occasional promo's and discounts. This information is also kept confidetial and NEVER sold to a third party. If you do not wish to be part of this distribution you will need a return email to us requesting to be taken off the distribution list.
If you're worried about buying things over the internet with your credit card, we understand. We use SSL, secure sockets powered by COMODO for all of our transactions and we are registered with Authorize.Net so your online credit transactions with us are are quite secure. Liability
Any liability of Logistics Consulting in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Logistics Consulting be limited to: 1. in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and 2. in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

WARRANTIES - In General 
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Logistics Consulting  administers the individual manufacturer warranty, which may include returning defective products to Logistics Consulting, sending products to a factory authorized repair center, or factory direct returns. Logistics Consulting must abide by the return policies dictated by the manufacturer.

Changes to Terms
Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Logistics Consulting may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

Applicable Law
All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of Connecticut, USA.
