Logistics Drop Off & Pick Up Procedure – Current Procedure as of August 1st 2022.

For customers wishing to have their computers, phones, tablets, video game consoles, motherboards & other electronic devices repaired please read this page.

Mail in customers are unaffected, simply contact us via email or place an order as normal.

Current Office hours and procedures:

Currently we are providing drop off / pick up hours Monday – Friday only between the hours of 12:00pM and 6:00PM.

Keep in mind we work outside of these hours to keep up with the work load.   Our goal is to get your device back to you in a timely manner, while keeping the highest quality of repair.

We are working EXTENDED HOURS to keep up with the demands from Drop off and Mail in Customers.

Picking up after normal hours shouldn’t be a problem. We will do our best to accommodate.

Repairs on done on a first come first serve basis. There are no appointments.  Our office doors are locked to the general public.

You will need to call upon arrival and we will let you in.

Understand most service is not on the spot or while you wait unless prior arrangements have been made. You will need to leave your device.

Drop Off Procedure:

Upon you arrival please call us from your cellphone or knock. While on the phone we will take your information including contact information. If needed, we will request the password to your device. we will also make note of  additional items being left in our position such as charging cable, bag, external hard drive etc. Afterwards, we will meet you at the door and take your equipment. We will provide you with a work order card that references your specific repair in our system. Please be patient and wait your turn if there are multiple customers in line.

  • Upon arrival from your vehicle please call our office at (860) 942-8522.   
  • Please understand that during high volume drop off / pick up times we only have so many techs to pick up calls so please leave a message or call back if no one picks up your call immediately.
  • When you call in we will acquire all needed information from you over the phone and meet you at the door to secure your drop off.
  • We will sanitize the surface areas of electronics before handling.
  • We are asking that anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, or shortness of breath) or anyone that has traveled internationally in the last 14 days or to an area in the U.S. with high incidence of COVID-19 not drop off a device for repair. If possible have someone outside your house drop off said electronic if you are absolutely in need of repair.

Pick Up Procedure:

Same as the Drop Off procedure; upon arrival please call us from your cellphone or knock. We will meet you at the door  and let you in. If we need to show you anything regarding your repair we will do so. We will also take payment and print you out a receipt. Please be patient and wait your turn if there are multiple customers in line.

If you are in need of services, but are unable to call from the parking lot, knock on the door and someone from the team will be happy to assist.

Most importantly: Relax, we are here to help you. We’re not here to argue or debate mask laws, COVID-19, or politics with you. We’ll simply refuse to take the job and you can seek help elsewhere. We have already had several people get verbally abusive, punching the door and threaten violence over dropping their electronics off.
Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and you will be refused service.

Frequently asked questions:

Can you fix my device?

We work on Apple + Windows PC’s, Apple + Windows Laptops, phones, tablets, custom gaming rigs, game consoles & micro soldering repairs + mods. We can repair most anything.  Some repairs will be rejected due to failed repair attempts and condition of the unit.

How much will it cost ?

While we can repair most anything, we will make sure it’s economical for you. Pricing is unknown until we know what’s wrong with the device and have it in our possession to evaluate. Please see diagnostic fees for minimum costs.

Do you charge a diagnostic fee?

Most diagnostic fee’s are $40, some are required up front before work begins.     If you decide to the do the work with us,  we waive the diagnostic fee or apply it towards your work order.  

How long will it take to fix my device?

We are working extended hours to keep up our quick turn around time. Diagnostics on MOST units remains at 1 – 3 business days. Repairs on MOST units are no more than 1 – 3 business days after customer approval. If we do not have parts in stock we will let you know ETA of delivery. Due to shipping and supply chain availability some parts may not always be in stock. We are working as best as we can to keep as many parts in stock as possible.

Do you offer on the spot / emergency / expedited services?

Yes. If you require on the spot repair / emergency/ expedited repair please let us know.  For a fee we will expedite your repair. If we have to order parts understand that shipping and supply chain availability will dictate turn around time.

What if my cellphone is broken and I cannot call from the parking lot to facilitate drop off?

If you are unable to call from the parking, knock on the door and someone from the team will be happy to assist. You can also email us support@logisticsct.com, or borrow a friends phone to discuss a drop off and pickup plan.
