- Simply do an order and after payment has been processed you will be emailed instructions on where to send it.
- You will then need to ship your unit or drop it off to us.
- Once you place an order – check your email – inside that email is the shipping instructions along with your Order #
- Please drop off to our office or ship your device via USPS, UPS or FEDEX – You’re responsible to ship us the device for repair.
We recommend USPS due to their fairer pricing for ground shipping and excellent delivery & handling locally.
Shipping back:
This purchase includes free standard ground shipping back to you.
What to Include:
Your N64 (Controller and AV Cables are not required), make sure no games are in the cartridge slot if sending a complete unit, pack it well for shipping.
** Optional** Power Adapter if you need the caps replaced per recommendation. Billed separately at the end.
Important Notes:
Please make sure your console is turning on and functional before mailing it to us. We aren’t responsible if we receive your item and it doesn’t turn on.
If you are drop shipping a unit from eBay or another online retailer, please let us know. We’re glad to accept them.
If your console has other issues, please notify us before hand and we can accommodate anything you need.
