Our service includes a full replacement of your Playstation 5 PS5 HDMI port.
If your PS5 has a black screen or you can visibly see the HDMI port is damaged and no longer outputting video / audio we can replace the port and get your machine back up and running.
Check your Playstation 5 for visible cracks or bent pins inside the HDMI Port, and if you see any don’t try to plug in your HDMI Cable anymore, you need the HDMI Port Replaced.
The PS5 HDMI Port (HDMI ports in general) are very sensitive, and can be damaged easily if it falls, or simply by plugging and unplugging it too often.
We use high end tools in order to remove the socketed port safely and replace it perfectly everytime without using high temp hot air stations that can compromise the PCB or other small components nearby.
We also replace the port with a higher quality one than Sony used originally.
In some cases the CPU liquid metal application may need to be replaced. We like the full unit for testing.

What to Include:
We like to test everything so your unit is plug and go when you get it back.
Please include just your console only, no other cables, controllers or games are needed.
Please Please Please pack it well. And also make sure no discs are in the tray when shipping.
Please inspect your HDMI cable and make sure it is not cracked and free of any bent pins, include it if you are unsure.
Re-damaging your newly soldered HDMI port will void your warranty.
Terms & Conditions
Customer is responsible for shipping device to us.
Please allow extra time for repairs if components and/or parts are not in stock.
Once device is repaired you will be notified with photos of the work and machine working.
You’ll pay the shipping invoice and the device will be on its way back to you.
Should your device be unrepairable we will refund your purchase price, less any cost of materials used.
You will be responsible for shipping – we do not provide free shipping.
Parts & Labor Warranty is 6 months from date of delivery back to you.
Parts & Labor Warranty does not cover ports damaged again.
