Before you send your board
- Carefully extract your board — don’t damage anything or rip cables. We’re not responsible for disassembling or reassembling your console as part of this service.
- Important — PS5 liquid metal: the PS5 uses liquid metal on the APU/CPU, which can slosh around and cause damage during shipping. Before sending your board, either:
- Tape the APU to hold the liquid metal in place, or
- Fully remove the liquid metal from the APU/CPU using a cloth and 90%+ isopropyl alcohol
- Use high-end liquid metal (not regular thermal paste) when reinstalling — regular paste will cause overheating
- Contact us first if your board has prior repair work done to it, or any other visible damage

Carefully extract your board. DO NOT damage anything or rip cables. We’re not responsible for assembling and reassembling your console with this service.
For PS5, because it has liquid metal: For shipping You need to take extra care of the APU/CPU to prevent liquid metal from sloshing around the board during transit.
You have two options: Tape the APU (see below) or carefully remove all liquid metal from APU/CPU with a cloth and 90%+ Isopropryl Alchohol.
Please use high end liquid metal when redoing your thermals back to heatsink when reinstalling your board, using regular thermal paste will overheat the Playstation 5.

Please contact us prior if your board has previous work done to it, or if there is other damage.
Ripped Traces or Cracked/Missing parts due to failed repair attempts may be rejected with a partial refund sent back to you at our discretion.
Ripped Traces may or may not be included in this service, but best to email us photos or damage up front so there are no surprises.
What to include
Board only — no cables, controllers, or games needed. Make sure no discs are in the tray if any part of the console ships along with it, and pack it well.
Please double-check your own HDMI cable for cracks or bent pins — include it only if you’re unsure of its condition.
Note: if you send the full console instead of just the board, we’ll charge the difference for full-console service via electronic invoice.
Re-damaging a newly soldered port will void your warranty.

- Repairs may take longer if parts aren’t in stock
- If your board turns out to be unrepairable, we’ll refund your purchase price minus any materials already used
- Parts & labor warranty: 90 days from delivery back to you
- Warranty doesn’t cover ports that are physically damaged again after repair
