DCHDMI can only be installed on VA0 and VA1 models (All regions). If you are unsure what you have, please send photos of the back of your unit.

Our service includes installation of your DCHDMI Kit, case modification, and testing.

- Simply do an order and after payment has been processed you will be emailed instructions on where to send it.
- You will then need to ship your unit or drop it off to us.
- Once you place an order – check your email – inside that email is the shipping instructions along with your Order #
- Please drop off to our office or ship your device via USPS, UPS or FEDEX – You’re responsible to ship us the device for repair.
We recommend USPS due to their fairer pricing for ground shipping and excellent delivery & handling locally.
Shipping back:
This purchase includes free standard ground shipping back to you.
What to Include:
Your Dreamcast and DCHDMI Kit (power cable, controller and AV Cables are not required), also make sure no games are in the tray if sending a complete unit, pack it well for shipping.
Important Notes:
Please make sure your console is turning on and functional before mailing it to us. We aren’t responsible if we receive your item and it doesn’t turn on.
If you are drop shipping a unit from eBay or another online retailer, please let us know. We’re glad to accept them.
If your console has other issues or modifications, please notify us before hand and we can accommodate anything you need.
