After 15 years in North Windham CT on Boston Post Rd, it’s time for some changes — we’re moving to 591 Middle Turnpike Storrs, CT 06268 >> directions << starting September 1st.

We don’t have a final date set for our opening yet due to scheduling movers, equipment delivery and renovation of the front office.

This shouldn’t affect any ongoing repair jobs or orders.  However DURING the move, website ordering will be unavailable.

Here’s what we’re working on:

• Adding more space for our repair operation (we started with a single desk at 361 Boston post road 15 years ago) and it morphed into what it is now
• 5x rack storage, 3x more work benches, upgraded Point Of Sale system, overall: just more room for more repairs
• Streamline and upgrade the tech at each work bench to allow increased capacity and smoother repair workflow
• Expand Repair Inventory on hand
• Expand & Automate Shipping
• Expand Website Services & Parts ordering to encompass more categories

Hours of Operation may or may not change, currently we work outside of our normal hours to focus on getting the work that comes in, back out to you in a reasonable amount of time.

We’ve loved serving the Windham/Willimantic area and can’t thank you enough for the support, loyalty, and laughs over the years. This community has been incredible to us.  Willimantic made us.  And for that, we thank you.

We’re excited about what’s ahead. Our new spot will give us the room and flexibility to keep doing what we do best. With hopefully lower foot traffic, we’ll be able to focus on our custom work that comes in from all over the USA.

New address, same people, same service, just a little farther down the road.  We hope you’ll come see us in Mansfield and help us make more great memories in our new home.
