This is not for the sale of a PS1 Retro Gem Kit, this service is for the installation of the kit that YOU have purchased.
If you’d like the XSTATION / PSIO install or system recap, please select the appropriate options while placing an order.
Include your Mods or 3D Prints. System Recaps include the parts.
Our service includes installation of your PS1 PixelFX Gem Kit, High Quality installation Photos, and several hours of stress testing to ensure proper burn in and no complications.

We’ll fully test your unit and make sure everything works before mailing it back to you and include order updates with photos and/or video.

Please make sure you have purchased a PixelFX Retro Gem for PS1 Kit from >> here <<.
Compatibility Check: PS1 Retro Gem can only be installed on PU-18 and PU-20 Motherboard models.
These motherboards are found in SCPH-550x and SCPH-700x Please check to make sure your unit is compatible before placing an order.

- Simply do an order and after payment has been processed you will be emailed instructions on where to send it.
- You will then need to ship your unit or drop it off to us.
- Once you place an order – check your email – inside that email is the shipping instructions along with your Order #
- Please drop off to our office or ship your device via USPS, UPS or FEDEX – You’re responsible to ship us the device for repair.
We recommend USPS due to their fairer pricing for ground shipping and excellent delivery & handling locally.

This purchase includes free standard ground shipping back to you.
Important Notes:
Please make sure your console is turning on and functional before mailing it to us. We aren’t responsible if we receive your item and it doesn’t turn on.
If you are drop shipping a unit from another online retailer, please let us know to avoid confusion. We’re happy to accept them.
If your console has other issues or modifications, please notify us before hand and we can accommodate anything you need.

Price includes free standard ground shipping back to you.
We are not responsible for damaged devices during transit.
Customer is responsible for making sure the console is clean and sanitary, we reserve the right to decline your console if it is unsanitary or charge accordingly.
Please allow extra time for repairs if components and/or parts are not in stock.
Once device is modified you will be notified of shipping details.
Parts & Labor warranty 90 days from date of delivery back to you.
