Xbox Series S HDMI Port Repair — Board Only
Board-only HDMI port replacement for Xbox Series S, using a higher-quality port than Microsoft’s original. Built for repair shops and DIY customers who’ve already extracted their board and confirmed the HDMI port is the fault.
- This repair is genuinely difficult due to nearby chips and how the port connects to the board — conventional hot air removal can damage the PCB or traces
- We use specialized equipment to remove the socketed port without harming the board, every time
- We send high-quality photos of your board with the new port installed once complete
Repair shops: bulk order discounts available — contact us before placing an order.
Before you send your board
- Carefully extract your board — don’t damage anything or rip cables. We’re not responsible for disassembling or reassembling your console as part of this service.
- Use high-end thermal paste when reinstalling — cheap paste can cause overheating
- Contact us first if your board has prior repair work done to it, or any other visible damage
Previous repair attempts
If your board shows ripped traces, or cracked/missing parts from a failed prior repair, we may reject the job with a partial refund at our discretion. Ripped traces may or may not be covered under this service — send photos of any existing damage upfront so there are no surprises.
What to include
Board only — no cables, controllers, or games needed. Make sure no discs are in the tray if any part of the console ships along with it, and pack it well.
Please double-check your own HDMI cable for cracks or bent pins — include it only if you’re unsure of its condition.
Note: if you send the full console instead of just the board, we’ll charge the difference for full-console service via electronic invoice.
Re-damaging a newly soldered port will void your warranty.
