Our service includes installation of your XStation ODE into your Playstation with case modification and testing.
This purchase includes free standard shipping back to you.

We email photos of the work, and the system functioning before sending it back to you.
After Payment has been processed you will need to ship it to us.

- Simply do an order and after payment has been processed you will be emailed instructions on where to send it.
- You will then need to ship your unit or drop it off to us.
- Once you place an order – check your email – inside that email is the shipping instructions along with your Order #
- Please drop off to our office or ship your device via USPS, UPS or FEDEX – You’re responsible to ship us the device for repair.
We recommend USPS due to their fairer pricing for ground shipping and excellent delivery & handling locally.

What to Include for your XStation Install:
Your Playstation and XStation Kit (power cable, controller and AV Cables are not required), also make sure no games are in the tray if sending a complete unit, pack it well for shipping.
Optionally include your SD / Micro SD Card: so your software is ready to rock as soon as you get it back, else we have our own to use.
You can drop ship these for your order, just let us know ahead of time.
Important Notes:
Please make sure your console is turning on and functional before mailing it to us. We aren’t responsible if we receive your item and it doesn’t turn on.
If you are drop shipping a unit or accessories from eBay or another online retailer, please let us know. We’re glad to accept them.
If your console has other issues or modifications, please notify us before hand and we can accommodate anything you need.
This is not for the sale of an XSTATION kit, this service is for the installation of the kit that YOU have purchased.

Customer is responsible for shipping the device to us.

We are not responsible for damaged devices during transit.
Customer is responsible for making sure the console is clean and sanitary, we reserve the right to decline your console if it is unsanitary or charge accordingly.
Please allow extra time for repairs if components and/or parts are not in stock.
Once device is modified you will be emailed photos of your machine working great and tested and then notified of shipping details.
Parts & Labor warranty 90 days from date of delivery back to you.
