This service is for mail in of computers and other devices that are damaged due to liquid spills. Service is for repair of laptop and desktop motherboards, apple logic boards, phone boards and other devices that have had water and other liquids spilt on them.
Our service includes a full diagnostic of your hardware components, and a price to repair the problem. We will clean all the connections and components affected by the liquid. We will remove corrosion from components and trace power to find what components have been damaged or may need to be replaced due to the liquid damage.
We take a deposit to begin working on your liquid damaged unit. This is an assessment fee to determine what needs to be repaired or replaced on your device due to the liquid damage. It is non-refundable.
The deposit will be credited towards labor of your device should you approve the repair. See below for Terms & Conditions.
After Payment has been processed you will need to ship it to us.

- Simply do an order and after payment has been processed you will be emailed instructions on where to send it.
- You will then need to ship your unit or drop it off to us.
- Once you place an order – check your email – inside that email is the shipping instructions along with your Order #
- Please drop off to our office or ship your device via USPS, UPS or FEDEX – You’re responsible to ship us the device for repair.
We recommend USPS due to their fairer pricing for ground shipping and excellent delivery & handling locally.
Shipping back:
This purchase includes free standard ground shipping back to you.
What to Include:
For Laptops:
Please include your charger. While we have most chargers for laptops on hand, we like to make sure everything is working correctly including your charger, and we will test it while it is here. If you are able to remove the battery from the unit please do so, but include with your package.
For Desktops:
Please include just the bare Motherboard, with your CPU and Ram so we can test it all after the repair. If you are sending the whole computer please Double box and securely pack your desktop computer. We have seen damaged desktops on arrival due to poor packaging.
For Phones & Tablets:
Full phone including the screen assembly is preferred that way everything can be tested after the repair. Preferably all put together so we can test your components together. If not, please separate all parts and screws into backs and pack well. They’re delicate. If you are able to remove the battery from the unit please do so, but include with your package.
We are not responsible for damaged devices during transit.
Terms & Conditions
Customer is responsible for shipping device to us for analysis of repair estimates.
Please note actual price may vary based on model and cost of parts.
Price estimate doesn’t include cost of shipping device back to customer if applicable.
Please allow extra time for repairs if components and/or parts are not in stock.
Initial payment is a deposit and diagnostic fee towards your device.
It will come off of the final cost of the repair and you will be emailed an invoice for repair.
We will communicate with you what the final cost of the repair and you will approve the invoice before we begin work on your repair.
Once device is repaired you will pay the invoice and shipping back to you.
Should you decline the repair we will mail your device back to you, plus shipping costs.
