This service is for mail in or drop off for CPU Bent or Broken Pin Repair on a CPU that is damaged or broken.
From time to time these expensive CPU’s are dropped, inserted wrong and it can be an expensive replacement.
Pins get damaged very very easily so it’s best to be extremely careful, however sometimes these things happen to even the experienced.
We’ve repaired hundreds of CPU’s with bent pins and destroyed SMD’s from failed DELID attempts.
Ryzen’s mainly come in for bent Pin repair due to the nature of their construction. Pins bend easily, and sometimes break.
Pins can be replaced with direct replacements by microsoldering new ones back on and get your CPU working again.
We have developed special tools in order to refit the pins back to the CPU pin bed.
We also bend any non-broken ones back in place to get it back 100% perfect fit.

Just the CPU is required. If you want us to fit it back to your motherboard & test anything else, there will be an additional service charge. However, we can accommodate almost any custom requests you have.
We have most main boards to test for your CPU, but would highly recommend to contact us first before placing an order to verify especially the newest or special edition processors.
After Payment has been processed you will need to ship it to us or drop your CPU off.

- You will then need to ship your unit or drop it off to us.
- Once you place an order – check your email – inside that email is the shipping instructions along with your Order #
- Please drop off to our office or ship your device via USPS, UPS or FEDEX – You’re responsible to ship us the device for repair.
We recommend USPS due to their fairer pricing for ground shipping and excellent delivery & handling locally.

This purchase includes free standard ground shipping back to you.
What to Include:
Just Your CPU is needed and any SMD filters if you were able to salvage them. Some people will also call these “capacitors” mistakenly. If you’re unsure, just send photos of your damage.
Terms & Conditions
Customer is responsible for shipping or dropping off the CPU to us, We are not responsible for damaged devices during transit.
Price includes shipping back to customer.
Please allow extra time for repairs if components and/or parts are not in stock.
Once complete we will mail your CPU back to you at the shipping address provided.
Parts & Labor warranty 90 days from date of delivery back to you.
