This service is for mail in diagnostics of data recovery for laptops and desktop hard drives and solid state drives, usb flash drives, phones and other devices. This diagnostic fee is for evaluation of data recovery for your device and doesn’t include the implementation of recovery or parts needed for your recovery operation. We can repair and reconstruct your faulty device to recover photos, documents, video’s etc.

Our service includes a full diagnostic of your hardware components, and a price to recovery your data.

We take a diagnostic fee to assess the recovery of data from your faulty device. Some devices we maybe able to recover the data without having to replace parts, others additional parts maybe needed. We will be able to make that determination after assessing your device.  The diagnostic fee will be credited towards the recovery of your data should you approve the repair (or the attempt there of). After Payment has been processed you will need to ship it to us.

You may have found this page via Google or been directed here by our team.

  • Simply do an order and after payment has been processed you will be emailed instructions on where to send it.
  • You will then need to ship your unit or drop it off to us.
  • Once you place an order – check your email – inside that email is the shipping instructions along with your Order #
  • Please drop off to our office or ship your device via USPS, UPS or FEDEX –  You’re responsible to ship us the device for repair.

We recommend USPS due to their fairer pricing for ground shipping and excellent delivery & handling locally.

Shipping back:

This purchase includes free standard ground shipping back to you.   

What to Include:

For Laptops & Desktops:

You may send the whole unit or just the drive itself.  In any case please be sure to package your device well so it doesn’t incur any damage in shipping. Please be sure to wrap drives in extra padding. If you are sending the whole desktop we recommend that you double box and securely pack your desktop computer.  We have seen damaged desktops on arrival due to poor packaging.

For Phones  & Tablets:

Full phone including the screen assembly is preferred that way everything can be tested after the repair.    Preferably all put together so we can test your components together.   If not, please separate all parts and screws into backs and pack well.   They’re delicate.

For Flash Drives & Other Devices:

Please be sure to package your device well.

Optional: 

Include a USB flash drive to transfer your data to. Make sure it has enough to space to move all your data to it. If you do not know how much data you have that is okay too, if we are able to recover your data we can sell you one or you can send one in once we have established how much data is being recovered.

We are not responsible for damaged devices during transit.

Terms & Conditions

Customer is responsible for shipping device to us for analysis of repair estimates.

Please note actual price may vary based on model and cost of parts.

Price estimate doesn’t include cost of shipping device back to customer if applicable.

Please allow extra time for repairs if components and/or parts are not in stock.

Initial payment is a deposit and diagnostic fee towards your device.

It will come off of the final cost of the repair and you will be emailed an invoice for repair.

We will communicate with you what the final cost of the repair and you will approve the invoice before we begin work on your repair.

Once device is repaired you will pay the invoice and shipping back to you.

Should you decline the repair we will mail your device back to you.

You will be responsible for shipping the device to us or dropping it off – we do not provide free shipping.
