Direct pin replacement via microsoldering for CPUs with bent or broken pins, plus repair of failed delid attempts.
CPU pins are easy to damage — a drop, a wrong-way insertion into the socket, or one wrong move during a delid attempt can bend or snap pins on an otherwise expensive, functional chip. It happens to experienced builders too, not just first-timers.
- We’ve repaired hundreds of CPUs with bent pins and damaged SMDs from failed delid attempts
- AMD Ryzen CPUs are the most common we see for this repair, due to how their pin layout is constructed — pins bend easily and can snap under the wrong pressure
- Broken pins are replaced with direct microsoldered replacements; any non-broken bent pins are carefully re-aligned back to a proper fit
- We’ve built custom tools specifically for refitting pins to the CPU’s pin bed accurately

What’s included
All pins bent back into socket tolerance levels, and any bad or broken pins replaced.
We have test rigs for all Ryzen CPU’s and most all Intel minus a few server boards.
When we’re done we send photos of your completed repair booting on our test rig.
If you’d like us to install it back into your motherboard and test the full system, that’s an additional service — let us know and we can accommodate most custom requests.
For Intel Delids – If you were able to salvage any SMD filters (sometimes mistakenly called “capacitors”), include those too. If you’re unsure what’s damaged or missing, send photos and we’ll take a look.

- We repair and test, include photos of the unit booting and working again – then ship it back.
- Return shipping is included in this purchase
