How it works
- Place your order and you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and an order number
- Ship your device to us or drop it off in person via USPS, UPS, or FedEx — you’re responsible for shipping it to us
- We repair and test, then ship it back — return shipping is included in this purchase
We recommend USPS for ground shipping — better rates and reliable local handling.
What to include, by device
Board-only repairs — just the board, packed securely.
Phones, tablets & other devices — just the device itself.
Laptops & computers — include the power cable so we can test the repair fully.
Terms & Conditions
- You’re responsible for shipping or dropping off your device — we aren’t responsible for damage during transit
- Price estimate doesn’t include return shipping, if applicable
- Repairs may take longer if parts aren’t in stock
- Once complete, we’ll ship your device back to the address provided
- Parts & labor warranty: 90 days from delivery back to you
- Warranty doesn’t cover ports that are damaged again after repair
