This service is for mail in or drop off for your broken Tablet or Phone Screen.

Our service include full replacement of the Glass LCD/Digitizer assembly on your broken device.

On certain phones, tablets and laptops we can replace just the broken glass and may cost less. Some devices have the Glass directly adhered to the LCD & Digitizer and would need to have the full assembly replaced. If you are unsure, please contact us for a quote for your device and be sure to include your model number or serial #.

After Payment has been processed you will need to ship it to us or drop it off.

Instructions:

You may have found this page via Google or been directed here by our team.

Simply do an order and after payment has been processed you will be emailed instructions on where to send it.
You will then need to ship your unit or drop it off to us.
Once you place an order – check your email – inside that email is the shipping instructions along with your Order #
Please drop off to our office or ship your device via USPS, UPS or FEDEX – You’re responsible to ship us the device for repair.

We recommend USPS due to their fairer pricing for ground shipping and excellent delivery & handling locally.

This purchase includes free standard ground shipping back to you.

What to Include:

For Laptops:

Please include your charger. While we have most chargers for laptops, we like to ensure yours is working correct, we will test it while it is here.

For Phones & Tablets:

Just the phone is required. Preferably all put together so we can test your components together.

We are not responsible for damaged devices during transit.

Customer is responsible for shipping device to us.

Parts & Labor warranty 90 days from date of delivery back to you.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Accidentally dropped my 5800X3D CPU when I was taking apart my PC. There were many bent pins and my hands weren't steady enough to bend them back into place myself, so I thought it was over for my CPU. I was looking at CPU pin repair services and found Logistics, and they were offering to fix my bent pins at a fair price and would save me a lot of money compared to buying the same CPU all over again today. Turn around was quick, I was maybe out of a CPU for 2 weeks but the job was done very professionally and communication was great at every step of the way, from initial inquiry if they could fix my CPU to getting it to post once again in my PC.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot say enough good things about Ben and his shop. I sent my SteamDeck in for a loose USB-C that had stopped charging. In fact if you are starting to experience this same issue, STOP trying to charge and send it over immediately. I, unfortunately, tried to limp mine along for too long and ended up damaging it beyond complete repair (Ben warned the HDMI and Docking may be questionable, not a problem for me as I use handheld mode only.) Thankfully, Ben was able to get it charging again and replaced the thermal paste. My SteamDeck is working great. Very professional with email updates at every step of the process. Highly recommend.
