I cannot say enough good things about Ben and his shop. I sent my SteamDeck in for a loose USB-C that had stopped charging. In fact if you are starting to experience this same issue, STOP trying to charge and send it over immediately. I, unfortunately, tried to limp mine along for too long and ended up damaging it beyond complete repair (Ben warned the HDMI and Docking may be questionable, not a problem for me as I use handheld mode only.) Thankfully, Ben was able to get it charging again and replaced the thermal paste. My SteamDeck is working great. Very professional with email updates at every step of the process. Highly recommend. Jess and Ben were absolutely phenomenal. I walked in at 5:45 and they took my Xbox series X in for an emergency fix. Not only did they fix my Xbox, but the fix wound up taking way longer than expected and they stayed 2 hours after closing to get the job done. Would recommend them to any human.
