This is not for the sale of a PS2 Retro Gem Kit, this service is for the installation of the kit that YOU have purchased.
If you’d like a system recap, please select the appropriate options while placing an order.
Includes low profile clock crystal + new Sony CR2032 battery replacement + Lens Cleaning and CD Assembly Gear Greasing + Belt.
Our service includes installation of your PS2 PixelFX Gem Kit, High Quality installation Photos, and several hours of stress testing to ensure proper burn in and no complications.
If you’re looking for the best image out of your original hardware, look no further than the PS2 Retro Gem.
We’ll fully test your unit and make sure everything works before mailing it back to you and include order updates with photos and/or video.

Compatibility Check: PS2 Fat Retro Gem can only be installed on SCPH-3900X and SCPH-5000X models.
SCPH-3900X Models will require additional parts at this time. Please be sure you have the required parts if using a SCPH-3900X model.
SCPH-5000X Models require nothing additional at this time.
After Payment has been processed you will need to ship it to us.

Make sure no games are in the tray if sending a complete unit, pack it well for shipping.
Make sure your system is in working order and sanity before sending it in.
Important Notes:
Please make sure your console is turning on and functional before mailing it to us. We aren’t responsible if we receive your item and it doesn’t turn on.
If you are drop shipping a unit from another online retailer, please let us know to avoid confusion. We’re happy to accept them.
If your console has other issues or modifications, please notify us before hand and we can accommodate anything you need.

Price includes free standard ground shipping back to you.
We are not responsible for damaged devices during transit.
Customer is responsible for making sure the console is clean and sanitary, we reserve the right to decline your console if it is unsanitary or charge accordingly.
Please allow extra time for repairs if components and/or parts are not in stock.
Once device is modified you will be notified of shipping details.
